Hmm that's odd, it works just fine on my end and it's the first I have heard of the issue.

Are you using any other mods that might be conflicting with the undamaged mod?

I'm using these mods: clean alfred, bat shave, bloody mess, clean Bruce Waney,no binoculars black border and long halloween bat signal.

Load the game up with just the undamaged mod active and see if you the cape is still torn or not.

Did you try just loading up the Undamaged mod or not?

Dark One Million Suit V1.6 is so bad-ass.
Just grabbed your New 52, Darkest Night, and Long Halloween skins.
