Use DLC suits on First Playthrough:

Instructions: You need to have the CMD-BMGAME.ini file, download here:

You will also need the bminput file, download here:

Put them in your DLC folder (doesn't matter which one, I use 257070) and use F10 to bring up the command console.

INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING: You must have the suits you wish to use as the game may crash if you don't have the files in your game directory
Also if you don't have the free roam Mod, the files are in this directory, put them in your Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\DLC\257070 folder

1: Start a Save Game

2: Open the console, by pressing F10

3: type in: (do NOT press enter)

loadpc playable_batman_xxxxx

replace the xxxxx one of the DLC suits below: (eg: loadpc_playable_batman_injustice)

4: Close the command by pressing F10, what you just typed will be in the console still

5: Press Numpad - (subtract) to commit suicide

6: During the death screen open the console again (F10) and press enter

7: That's it! When the game reloads it will have your new suit

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE FREE ROAM MOD ALREADY, JUST ADD THIS LINE IN YOUR CURRENT FILE:

.Bindings=(Name="Subtract", Command="Suicide")

**UPDATE**Start New Game with all Gadgets:

Instructions:
1: Start a New Game
2: When in game at any time, drop down the console by pressing F10
3: Type in the code:

set bmgame.mwaynetechupgradesystem upgradeall true

4: Restart from checkpoint to ensure all gadgets appear
5: Thats It! EVERY UPGRADE will be made upgraded

New Free Roam Starting Points:

Here I made a little update to the Free Roam Mod. It allows you start in different districts instead of just Park Row.

I have made .ini files for every character in every district.

PS: To use Ninja Bruce or Vigilante Bruce, you will need the Initiation DLC.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Download the file for the character you want to use.
2: Place it in any DLC folder.
3: Press the key relevant to the district you want to start free roaming in when on save game selection screen.

F1: Amusment Mile.
F2: The Bowery
F3: Diamond District.
F4: Industrial.
F5: Park Row.

*Couldn't get Burnley or Coventry districts to work correctly.

I tried using the Deathstroke BMInput.ini in the DLC folder "257070"
along with the CMD-BMGAME.ini file provided here. I followed the instructions
accordingly, I pressed the key for my starting point on the save select screen
& started the game. However, I was in the Batcave when I last saved & had hoped
it had worked when I fast-travelled to the location I pressed the key for...but still,
I ended up arriving as Batman & not Deathstroke.

Now I don't have Deathstroke as DLC...I bought a limited edition of BAO
which automatically gave me Deathstroke...could that be the reason, or could it
be due to the fact that I have a gamesave with 100% completion or could it
have conflicted with my cheat trainer which activates when pressing F1?

Lemme know what I can do to fix it, OK?

Yes. That's the one, is it supposed to work with the old Free Roam mod & with
the CMD-BMGAME.ini file...or does the file work alone?

if it's a stand-alone mod that allows me to play as Deathstroke, then can you
tell me exactly what I'm doing wrong, what I'm supposed to do & where exactly
to install the BMInput.ini for Deathstroke? I feel like a total amateur knowing
I screwed up on a mod.

Yes it's your Trainer as Deathstroke Freeroam uses F1-F5. You can fix this by editing the BMInput.ini with any text editor. Just change the conflicting Keys "Name" to ones that are not used by the game or your trainer. I like to use the Numpad as the game doesn't use any of these keys and texmods already does in logging mode (/*-+) keeps all my hot keys in one easy place. You can find proper key names here under "Mappable Keys"

example:

OK, I've changed the hotkeys from F1-F5 to F2-F6...that'll allow me to use the trainer.
Also, is this Deathstroke free-roam designed to work with the "Open-World character
select" mod that tchi6 created which was shown on Batman Arkham Videos on Youtube
or is it completely stand-alone? Also, since I have no DLC for my game yet, how can
I still get this mod to work?

all you need to do, if you have the free roam mod installed, then just remove the bminput.ini file, and put mine in it's place, it is best to back up your current one, and put it back when you don't want to use mine, or you can add whatever is written in mine, to the one you currently use, just be sure you don't have any keys that are the same as the ones you are using

Bugga. I overwritten & replaced the files for that free roam mod...any idea
where I can find the link to tchi6's free-roam mod, or is it also here?

Nevermind, I found the updated free-roam files on the official Batman Arkham site.
I'll let you know if I have any further problems or if I actually managed to get it
to work.

Update: WAIT! That's it! Someone on the Steam community mentioned that
in order for the Free Roam mod to work, I need at least the one DLC, preferably
the Initiation DLC & also Cold, Cold Night DLC...that is in order to use the XE suit
in Free Roam. Well...at least I know what I'll be getting this weekend! Smile

Regarding your mod on Bruce's initiation ninja skin,
since you were able to make Hanzo Hazashi aka Scorpion
from Mortal Kombat X...d'ya think you could do a Lin Kuei
version with Kuai Liang aka Sub-Zero's face & scar?

As far as the knightfall content, I wished I had known I was going to lose all of my saved games. Still though everything works fine except the "turning point" map and the Knightfalll campain map crashes with Bruce Wayne every time I load it. "_PC" has been added every place in the .ini file where it was supposed to....any suggestions?
