http://tinyurl.com/BruteforceSaveDataThis program has built in Batman:AO cheat but it doesn't work. The only was it to make it work via manual hex editing. In that forum link above check the post by a s4u which tells additional steps you need to take.
Only downside is in-game it keeps telling you that upgrade points are available....even when you're fully decked out.
