i am having lagging issues on all of the lowest possible settings.. game runs pretty good through indoor missions but lags quite a bit when outside as well as during most fight scenes or fast pace scenes (which makes driving the bat mobile very frustrating lol). i have read up on a lot of the changes you could make to the bmsystemsettings.ini file.. most dont really do much... or just make the game worse.... im not sure if this is something i have to wait for the new patches from WB/Rocksteady... or if theres a temp fix i can do on my own till the patches come out... or if its just my pc isnt good enough for this game... i did download the new updated drivers... but maybe its either my graphics card or processor hardware thats the issue?

thank you for finally getting back to me about this.. i have posted my comp specs a week or so before along with other questions before and no one has commented back talking about my comp specs.. i finally broke down and got the PS4 batman bundle from gamestop yesterday and WOW is it a big difference from what my PC version is doing... looks so much better and flows smoother... im basically using the ps4 version till the pc version gets fully fixed and the JL 3000 suit is offered as DLC. thats my favorite suit of them all... except im not a huge fan of how they did the bat ears on the cowl... but thats ok lol.. i still perfer pc for the ability to mod.. but unless we can figure out how to do that.. then im just gonna keep using the PS4 version.

Yes Ps4 version looks amazing when compared to piss poor pc version. I mean the whole rain effects is at another level. I'll start a new game + on my PC ONLY after the patch has been released. Had enough playing the ugly version.
If you HQ DLC(313100) on pc then you can enable the zurenarr skin

Earth 2 was a giveaway for E3. If anyone has it then need to inspect the DLC folders. To see if it was actually downloaded or just one line ini file. This time around most skins content files are to be downloaded than just adding a line.

I tried it and it's pretty good. In 1080p now there's hardly texture pop-in's and the rain effect stays even after a save reload or next time I start the game. Seems it's the same as ps4 version.
Also the official fix is coming sometime in August Fix...but this GUI pretty much fixes it real good.

Get Win 10 guys. My lowest fps was 35 in batmobile....now it doesn't go below 48fps. And all other arkham games are performing really well. Very happy with the Win 10's boost in performance!
